To be eligible, you must reach, or have reached the age of fifty (50) by the 31st of December.
If you haven't played in 20 or 30 years, don't worry. Many of us have been in that position. We'll help you along. Just remember, that first
run to first-base may incur some unexpected pains!!!
When a sufficient number of players are available on a particular day, we try to divide the group up. Players below the age of 70 will play on one field, players 70 and above will play on another. This is to prevent possible injuries.
Any women that would like to play are not subject to age limits.
What do I need to bring?
The only thing really needed would be a glove. You will eventually want to have some spiked shoes and maybe buy a bat.
If you haven't played in awhile, you will want to try out some of the new composite bats. There are usually a couple of bats set out
for general usage. Ask some of the guys about bats. You'll get a lot of different views, but somewhere in there will be some good
